Overview

We integrated Sweephy with Zendesk. You will be able to get your data from Zendesk.

Get Started

We start to use the integration,

1. Create a Sweephy account
2. Create a Workspace
3. Click Zendesk Integration button and login with your Zendesk information.
4. Select basic cleaning features that you would like to apply. If you want, you can skip this step directly.
5. Normalize and manipulate your data.
6. Get analytical results by going to ML Modules tab.
